Actively involved in increasing the quality of social life
Life in social spheres, when it comes to business activities, increasingly implies social responsibility. Makpetrol AD is actively involved in the part of increasing the quality of social life. The health and safety of its employees, as well as citizens, are included in the regular activities.
Global Compact
Makpetrol AD bases its approach to its sustainable development on the principles of transparency and progress. In 2004, through the United Nations Global Compact, it committed to uphold and enact ten principles on human rights, labor rights, the human environment and the fight against corruption.

Bowling club
The Makpetrol bowling club has existed for 30 years. It was founded by the Decision of some of the employees of RO Makpetrol through the Trade Union, which also financed it at that time, and only the employees were members.

Karate Club
The Makpetrol Karate Club was founded on March 5, 1997 and has existed for more than 25 years. During this time of its existence, it became the most renowned, most successful and the club with most trophies in R. N. Macedonia which has ever entered the history of karate sport as such.
It is characteristic of the Makpetrol Karate Club that there are always teams that compete in women’s and men’s competitions. The teams are represented in all age categories in the kata and wrestling disciplines. The Makpetrol karate club, almost every year, holds the title of the most successful club from the state championships in the overall, i.e. general ranking for athletes who compete in all age categories, from pioneers to seniors.
The Makpetrol karate club continues to successfully perform on the domestic, European and world stage.

Blood Donors
The Association of Blood Donors of Makpetrol has existed since 1976 and during this period, as a humanitarian association, it has shown special results in donating blood, which can be seen in every action we organize in the Administration Building, where blood is donated by 70- 80 blood donors.
